The Entrepreneur Visa (entrepreneur/profession libérale) allows freelancers and small business owners to establish themselves in France and work with EU clients. The micro-enterprise (auto-entrepreneur) regime applies a tax rate of ~20–23%. Turnover is capped at €77,700/year under the micro regime. Real activity must be demonstrated at each renewal.
