Residence Permits · Serbia
Serbia Talent Visa.
The simplest route to Serbian residency — based solely on your university degree, no employment needed.
Overview
What is the Talent Visa?
Serbia's Talent Visa allows university graduates to obtain a 1-year temporary residence permit without any employment or business activity. It counts toward permanent residency, generates no tax obligations in Serbia, and can be supplemented with a work permit if needed. Note: it cannot be renewed — on expiry, you must switch to another basis.
